Predicting bus arrival times in traffic is not an exact science, but real improvements in MBTA predications can be expected as of today and further improvements over the next few months.

MBTA Updates
A lot has been happening through the summer at the MBTA and I wanted to offer a few updates.
AFC 2.0
Earlier this year the MBTA entered into a contract to update its Automated Fare Collection (AFC) system, from CharlieCards to a new system that is currently known as AFC 2.0.
