One great way to celebrate the New Year is to enjoy the outdoors. Join one of the free guided hikes sponsored by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) on January 1 at 11 state parks. Details are in the press release below.
DANCE COUNTS – Boston Area Dance Survey Project – Community Meetings
Four neighborhood meetings will be held throughout the Boston area this fall, hosted in partnership with local dance organizations as part of Dance Counts, an initiative to better understand and connect the Boston-area dance community. We need YOU to show that Dance Counts!

Mark your calendars to attend this GMO Forum hosted by legislators in the 2nd Suffolk and Middlesex District on Tuesday, October 20, 7:00-9:00 PM, Watertown Middle School Auditorium, 68 Waverley Avenue, Watertown. This free public forum features four academic panelists and will provide substantive information on the science, economics, legal and regulatory frameworks, and health/environmental impacts of GMOs.
