The purpose of this hearing, conducted by the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA), is to provide members of the Allston community with an opportunity to provide comments and ask questions regarding the Environmental Notification Form (ENF) filed by MassDOT for this project. An open house will begin at 5:30PM allowing attendees to speak directly with members of the project team. Written comments are due to the EOEEA by November 25th, 2014. The Allston I-90 Interchange project is part of the Commonwealth’s proactive approach in ensuring that both highway and bridge structures remain safe and efficient for all users. The project is also in alignment with MassDOT’s plan to convert the entire Massachusetts Turnpike to electronic, open-road tolling which will operate at highway speeds.
