I write in support of H1589, An Act relative to equal access in hospitals, public transportation, nursing homes, supermarkets, retail establishments and all other places open to the public.
The time has come to add to the original legislation a clear requirement that public accommodations be open to all and I hope the Committee will report H1589 favorably.
