Thanks to Senator Tolman, the Silver Maple Forest language described below
is now also in the Senate version of the Environmental Bond Bill.
The bill still needs to be conferenced, but since both sides are in
agreement, the chances are that the language will end up on the Governor’s
desk shortly.
