 At this meeting, DCR will hear from community residents on their interests regarding a proposal to lease and renovate the Daly Field Complex in Brighton.   This proposal was submitted to DCR by the Allston Brighton Friends of Daly Field, Inc., and Simmons College, following an act by the Massachusetts Legislature authorizing the lease of the Complex to the Friends of Daly Field and anticipating an investment in renovating the complex by Simmons College.

The listening session will include a presentation by the Allston Brighton Friends of Daly Field, Inc.  The presentation will be viewable after the meeting on DCR’s website at http://www.mass.gov/dcr/news/publicmeetings/parklandspast.htm and will be followed by a question-and-answer period and public discussion.     If you have questions about the listening session, please call 617-626-4974 or email DCR.Updates@state.ma.us.
