Housing production target

The state’s Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities has set a statewide housing production target of 200,000 housing units in the current decade (2020 through 2030). This goal appears to be reasonable from a demand perspective.

Shelter Visit

I had occasion today to pay a visit to a shelter for over 40 immigrant families within my senate district in Boston. I could only scan the surface of life in the shelter, and this shelter may not be typical, but my impressions added to my confidence in the system.

Zoning changes in the AHA
