One Fund Boston: Support for victims and families of Marathon attacks

We have heard from many constituents who are seeking ways to support individuals and families of those who were lost or injured due to the attacks at the Boston Marathon.  We encourage those interested in making a financial contribution to consider The One Fund Boston, which was created by Governor Deval Patrick, Mayor Thomas Menino, and the local business community.  This fund has been set up to directly help those individuals and families most impacted by the attacks.  Please follow the link to learn more about the fund and to contribute online.

Folks are also invited to send donations to the following address:

One Fund Boston, Inc.
800 Boylston Street #990009
Boston, MA  02199

If you are a business owner, employee, or vendor in the Back Bay who was impacted by the bombings, please consider visiting the Boston Business Assistance Center.  The Center is located in the lobby of the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, and it will be open between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm today, Thursday.  Staffers will be able to assist you and answer questions about building permits and inspections to ensure that your business will reopen quickly.

Thank you for your generosity and support to our community.
