Perhaps some form of disclosure should be added to regulations on employment contracts thus creating greater transparency from the start.
I fully agree that in the 21st century, 6 months should be adequate but am concerned about the exemptions at higher levels . In areas such as art or music where unique talent is present, the talent would appear obvious but it may be more difficult to define similar talent in areas such as science or engineering and this causes some concern. Perhaps the bill should not try to cover all the exceptions.

We do favor more transparency, but dropped specific rules on that which had appeared in earlier versions — trying to keep our new law as simple as possible.
