The Department of Conservation and Recreation has announced a series of free family activities in Massachusetts state parks that will take place throughout the summer as part of the 7th annual “Great Park Pursuit.” You can learn more about the programming here and register your family team here. Teams will participate in six self-designed programs to accommodate each team’s interests, availability, and location. The goal of the Great Park Pursuit is to “[foster] . . . healthy, affordable family centered fun.”
These kind of outdoor summer activities are a great way to complement summer learning.
