State House Centennial Commemoration of the Armenian Genocide
Governor Baker, Senator Harriet Chandler, House Speaker Robert DeLeo, and Representatives Jon Hecht and David Muradian will offer remarks at this commemoration on Friday, April 24 at 1:15 p.m. at Ashburton Park.
Senior CharlieCard in Watertown May 6
Senator Brownsberger is sponsoring a Senior CharlieCard Day on Wednesday, May 6th, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Watertown Senior Center, 31 Marshall Street Watertown, MA 02472. Seniors age 65 or older can save a trip to the MBTA offices in Downtown Boston and apply for your Senior CharlieCard at the Watertown Senior Center on this one day.

Armenian Genocide Centennial Commemoration
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The annual State House commemoration will be a part of a larger set of events on April 24, 2015, organized by the Massachusetts Committee to Commemorate the Armenian Genocide.
Apply now to attend the Spring Citizens’ Legislative Seminar
The 74rd Citizens’ Legislative Seminar will be held on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29. This is a great opportunity for residents to get a firsthand look at how the legislative process works, and have a better understanding of state government.
