Charles Reservation Connections between Routes 30 and 16

For a pedestrian headed upstream and trying to stay close to the Charles, the going gets tough at Route 30.  There have been some recent improvements and more are planned, but for now, it is a badly connected stretch of river.

Registration Now Open for Boston Parks Advocacy Bootcamp

Boston Park Advocates, a citywide network of urban greenspace champions, will host a free Advocacy Bootcamp on Saturday, March 11. Advocates of all ages are encouraged to attend.

2016 Charles River Cleanup

Registration is now open for the 2016 Cleanup which will take place on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 9am – 12pm. A volunteer appreciation picnic with food and prizes will follow at the Hatch Shell. We take groups on a first come, first serve basis – register soon to reserve your preferred location.
