FY22 Chapter 90 Distribution

Yesterday the Senate passed a Chapter 90 authorization bill. Chapter 90 funds are the primary source of funding that the Commonwealth provides to cities and towns for road maintenance and repair.

MA Film Tax Credit

Over the past 90 days, more constituents have contacted me about the film tax credit than about any other issue. The credit will sunset next year if we do not vote to extend it or make it permanent. Some kind of change is likely to be made as part of the state budget bill that is currently under debate.
