Unless your hiding under a rock you must be quite aware of what’s going on with respect to the fourth amendment and the loss of privacy that we have given up either willingly or by default since 9/11.

I just can’t see going on this 10th amendment angle, Alan — it doesn’t feel to like something that will ever gather steam.
