Dear Chairwoman Spilka,
I greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to discuss my thoughts on the FY19 budget.Although we hope to progress through the criminal justice reform bill, I expect to remain very focused on the reduction of fees and fines imposed on some of our neediest individuals. I look forward to continuing that larger discussion with you. My top district priorities are education aid and the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
