This article from an insurance industry publication covers the positive
committee report recently received by legislation to create more competition
and introduce more consumer options, including choice no-fault insurance.
This is legislation that I filed and have advocated for, but the real credit
goes to Belmont resident John Hayes who authored the bills. He is a
committed advocate of insurance reform who has been working for years
towards these goals.
