Senator Will Brownsberger’s Office is partnering with the Charles River Watershed Association and other local groups for a Cleanup of the Charles River on Saturday, April 21 in Brighton and Watertown.
If you didn’t get a chance to pre-register, you can still participate by coming to one of three drop-in sites on Saturday, April 21 from 9:00am to 12:00pm
- Herter Park at Artesani Playground in Brighton on Soldiers Field Road across from the Skating Club of Boston
- DCR Brighton Swimming Pool at the rotary of North Beacon Street and Soldiers Field Road
- Dealtry Pool in Watertown 114 Pleasant Street in Watertown
You can drop-in with a group of family members, friends and neighbors to pick up trash and improve the appearance of the Charles River and surrounding open spaces. Cleanup supplies and snacks will be provided to all volunteers. Please bring your own reusable water bottle.
