  1. This is a bigger issue than just when a person dies. It also applies to situations (think Alzheimer’s) there someone has to rely on a personal representative or some other form of power of attorney. Please make the legislation be general enough to handle all these cases of a person unable to interact with their digital assets.

    My thoughts on the general issue- if you have privacy needs that exceed the needs of a duly designated personal representative, it is incumbent on you, while you are still able, to enforce your needs.
