I am writing in favor of S210, An Act Relative to Safe and Supportive Schools.
This legislation will require schools to utilize action plans using the Behavioral Health and Public Schools Framework. This framework will help schools to create a welcoming and engaging culture for all students, including those with behavioral health challenges.
I urge the Committee to report this legislation favorably.
