I hope you will consider pioneering the idea in this state.
I also hope you will think about something like Alaska’s Permanent Fund Dividend for the citizens of Massachusetts, only based on offshore wind power generation. We have a huge supply of offshore wind, and while I agree it is expensive now, once we start cranking the windmills out in a big way costs will go down. The thing to remember here is: no land costs. And every installation is exactly the same.
Perhaps you can pay for the first with the second…
