Unenforced reproductive laws still on the books

What are your thoughts on Massachusetts laws still on the books that restrict abortion of other reproductive activities?  I saw in today’s Globe that Mass still has some, even though the SJC ruled them unconstitutional. I also just saw a map in WaPo showing states that have anti-abortion and anti-birth control laws ready to be fired up if the Supreme Court goes down that path. It also showed states with laws still on the books, like ours.

In general, I think removing laws the SJC ruled against is good policy.

  1. I’m totally on this page. I’d like to see us repeal a lot or archaic laws.

Have cosponsored this legislation repeatedly. With the Supremes turning right, next session may finally be when we get it done.
