  1. Hi Will,,
Would gladly attend however, if you do it again during the winter months, maybe I can attend.
    Hope it all goes well.
    Nifty idea.
    Best,
    Koletta

    1. I would love to attend but, due to a schedule conflict, am unable to. It’s a great idea, and I hope you will have another gathering. Jan

  2. Gail and I also cannot attend because we’re going to a Wilderness (… Society luncheon)
    😉
We look forward to another time. Holding this in your office is a great idea.

  3. Hi Will, I also think it is a great idea but I already have two appts that day at that time.

If you could give us more notice, that would be wonderful

Are you going to have them monthly or wait and see how this one turns out?

    Kindest regards

    Sheila

  7. Thanks for the invitation. I’ll be rushing to the state house on Tuesday, hoping to make a hearing in A-1 on several criminal justice bills by 1:30 or so.
    Best regards …

  8. Hi Will,
Thank you for your invitation. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to come to the gathering in your office on Tuesday. I hope to see you, your co-workers, and other constituents at another time.
    Thank you,
    Sarah Koolsbergen

  9. It’s nice to have an elected official offering a meet and fete. I regret I can’t attend. If I have a soap box here, I would like to comment on the commuter rail. I signed up for a three Saturday morning class in Providence starting at 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Normally to get to Providence via commuter rail from Back Bay is easy and cheap as a senior. However, on Saturday mornings the schedule is very limited and it was hell. The choices were around 6:50 am or around 10 am which would mean one hour of class missed. I live at the end of the B line which doesn’t help. It would take about one hour to Copley. People scream about global warming but I can’t take public transportation for a leisure interest. Ok I can but getting up that early like 4 am is hell. Providence has a lot of very interesting architecture on its College Hill area worth seeing. Certainly I realize no one is going to run a train just for me. Amtrak’s fare to Providence was $28 unless you book 7 days in advance. I’d have more travel options going to NYC. Needless to say despite an early morning groaning, I mean awakening, I didn’t make the 7 a.m. train and went back home and drove in my old car. The turnstile at Copley was wide open, due to some malfunction. I did try to swipe. So there’s revenue lost by the MBTA. Further, one of the MBTA drivers said to me people don’t realize the MBTA assumed the debt of the Big Dig. I don’t think the subway or T riders should be paying for that. People who drive using the Big Dig should be paying for that with an invisible toll system. Maybe there are tolls going thru the tunnels. I don’t know. Anyway, if you go to Providence, they tell me the parking tickets are around $25, cheaper than Boston’s. You have to move your car around depending on whether you find a 2 or 3 hour spot. Just plain easier and cheaper to take the commuter rail but alas. I know nothing’s going to change but I’m just venting! Guess I’m going to have to make an Amtrak reservation for the last class. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

  10. Senator,
thanks for doing this – great idea. Unfortunately it looks like my work schedule won’t allow me to come on Tuesday. Hope you have a good event – Richard.

  11. Thanks for the invitation; I am so sorry that I cannot make it. It’s a wonderful idea and I hope there will be other opportunities to attend in the future.

  12. Thank you, Will, for the invitation — a great idea! Both of us other have other commitments, that but maybe another time?

  13. I hope you will hold these office hours again.
(Preferably on a Monday or Friday!) Thank you, regardless of what day you pick, for arranging this hour in the first place.

  14. I see your doing what you can to take care of your own folks knowing these state agencies have Anti Duscriminatory practices and policy you refuse to make phone calls to enforce my rights means your just like the rest of them Bigots
