12/11/15 Bowker Overpass Construction Schedule Update
MassDOT has provided this updated construction schedule for the work that is currently underway on the Bowker Overpass. The work on the travel lanes has proceeded from west to east. (Note from Will: the phasing for this project is straightforward and, while the schedule has slid a few months, the basic plan has not changed.)
Bowker Overpass Repairs Update
The Bowker Overpass Repair Project is moving towards completion. Phase 4 demolition started last week and will continue into December on the western lane of the northbound side of the overpass. This is the final phase of demolition, which has been the noisiest and most disruptive work for neighbors. The repair project is expected to be complete by summer of 2016.
